7. That the said sale will be held at the front door ;

of the St. Lucie Coun Courthouse by the Clerk of this Court ;

the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. after having given ~
notice as required by law. The Clerk shall promptly thereafter `

complete and file in tMs proceeding a certificate of sale as ~
provided by law. The Plaintiff is hereby givtn leave to bid
at such sale and to apply against its bid the amount due under
this ~udgment.
8. That if no ob3ection to such sale is filed in this
proceedin~ within ten days fro~r~ the filing of the certificate
I of sale, the Clerk shall thereupon complete and file in
this proceeding a certificate of title as prescribed by law,
after which the sale shall stand confirmed as certified by the
Clerk, and the tit~le to the encumbered property shall pass
fully and completely to the purchaser named in the Certificate
of title. -
9. ?hat upon the filing of the certificate of title by
the Cler~:, he shall disburse the proceeds of ~he sale in the

i any unpaid Court costs, plus the Cost of advertisin~ the sale;
` he shall pay to the Plaintiff the a~rounts enumerated in paragraph
four herein above, plus interest thereon from the date of this

deposit in the Registry of this Court to remain pending the
further orders of the Court.
10. That the Court retains ~urisdiction of this cause
