due to reimburse the Payee for e:penses of servicinB delinquent Instalment Payments. Failure to e:ercise these options
shall not constitute a waiver of the right to e~errise the same in the event cf any subsequent default.
It is further agreed that the Maker and each endorser, surety, guarantor, jointly and aeverally, shall pay all costs of
collection ot thi.4 Note, including a reasonable attomey's fee, on failure to pay any Instalment Payment or any accrued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all sums due hereunder shall bear interest at the highest
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State of Florida fro~n the date when the principal and acrrued interest under
this 1\ote s,'iall 6e due and payat~le_ The total interest payable hereunder shall not in any one year excred the highest
lawful rate of intetes: in the State of Ftorida.
This Note is se.~:red by a Mortgage, dated the date hereof, of properiy situated in the State of Florida.
The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement extending the time or modifyir_g the above ternu of
payment, made by the Payee and the owner or owners of the property affected by said Mortgage, whether with or with-
out notice to ihe Maker, and the I?laker st~all continue liable to ~~ay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a
~ rate no ~reater than the Interest Rate, acrordinR to the terms of any such agreement of eYtension or modification.

This Note may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party against whom en-

All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endoiser, hereby waive presentment [or
payment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and ezpressly agree jointly and sevetally to remain
