The sums due and owing hereunder shatl be payable during the Amortization Period in equal monthly instalments,
each in the amount ot the Instalment Payment, t6e first such Instalment Payment to be made on the First Instalment
Payment Date and subsequent Instalment Payments on the tirat day ot each month thereatter until the Maturity Date
whereupon the entire unpaid balance ot priqcipal and intereat accrued and unpaid thereon shall become due and pay-
able; each such instalment when paid shall be epplied tirst to t6e payment of interest on the unpaid batance at the In-
terest Rate and the remainder thereot to payment on account of principal. ;
Ii any lastalment Payment shall not be paid when due. then the entire principal sum and acrrued interest here- 1
under s}wll become due and payable at once or therea[ter, at the option o[ the holder of this Note. The Payee may, at
its option, collect a late charge not to e:ceed two cents tor each one doUar of earh Instalment Payment not paid when
due to teimburse the Payee (or expen.ges of servicing delinquenl Instalment Payments. Failure to exerrise these options
shall not constitute a waiver of the right to ezercise the same in the event of. any subeequent de[ault.
It is turther agreed that the Maker and each endorser, surety, guarantor. joindy and, aeverally, ahail pay all costs o[
collection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney's fee, on failure to pay any Instalment Payment or any accrued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all sums due hemunder shall bear interest at the highest
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State o[ Florida [rom the date when the principal and accrued interest under
this Note shall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder shall not in any one year exceed the highest
lawful rate of interest in the State ot Florida.
This Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereof, ot property situated in the State of Florida.

j The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement eztending the time or modifying the above term4 of
I payment, made by the Payee and the ov?mer or owners of the properiy affected by said Mortgage, vrhe•.her with or with-
~ out notice to the Maker, and the Maker shail continue i;able to pay the amount due hereunder, but vvitb interest at a
~ rate no gteater thvi the Interest Rate, according to the term~ of any such agc~eement of extension or modiCcation.
Tt~e unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, p?us acrrued interest shall become due and payable at the option of
the Payee under the happening of an event by vvhich said balance shall or may become due and payable under the terms
of said Mortgage. -
~ This Note may noi be changed orally. ~ut only by an agr8ement in writing, signed by the party against whom en-
~ forcement of any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought_
` All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endoiser, hereby waive presentment for _
~ payment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of diahonor, and e:pressly agree jointly and severally to remain ~
and rnniinue bound for the payment of the principal and interest provided tor by the terms ot this Note, notwithstanding
any extension or e:tensions of the time of, or tor the payment of said princ:pal or interest, or any change or changes in ~
the amount or amounta agreed to be paid under or by ~ittue ot the obligation to pay pro~~ded for in this Note, or any
change or changes by way o[ release or surrender or substitution ot any real property and collateral, or either, held as
security tor this Note, and w-aive all and every kind of notice of such e:tension or extensions, change or changes, and
agree that the same may be made without the joinder of the Maker_
