Upon consideration, the Court finds the Defendant(s) has waived in accordance with iaw, his
right te be heard on matter of issuance of a Writ of Replevin, after due notice of said hearing prior ta final
adjudication in this cause and further that the Defendant(s) ha s not fi(ed written undercaking within the
provisions Chapter 78.~75 (2) of che Florida Statutes, for the stay of this Order; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court issue a Writ of Replevin in this cause setting
, forth thereon the property sought by Plaintiff in its Complaint.
