LAWRENCE OLEA, being first duly sworn, upon his oath
deposes and says:
That he knows, of his own personal knowledge, that
Carl H. Grashorn and Margaret L. Grashorn were rnarried on
October 11, 1948, and lived together as husband and wife
continuously until November 9, 1971, said date being the
date of death of Carl H. Grashorn.
Z'he undersigned also states that there were no c2iildren
born of this marriage and that Margaret L. Grashorn was the
surviving widow and only heir af Carl He Grashorn.
