Paragraph two (2) of said Order states as foll.ows:
In other cases wherein there is no
service, the Clerk of this Court is _

days in which to pay for personal
service of process by sheriff service
or furnish the Clerk a new address.

notification of no service to furnish
the Clerk wi.th another address or said
claim shall be dismissed.
