Paragraph two (2) of said Order states as follows:
In other cases wherein there is no
service, the Clerk of this Court is ~
instructed to advise the plaintiff,
where the claim was processed by
mail, that he shall have ten (10)
If days in which to nay for personal

~ or furnish the Clerk a new address.
~ When the claim was processed by
sheriff service, the Clerk is instructed
