was d'ismissed pursuant to paragraph two (2) of the Order of
Court duly signed on the lbth day of 1974, by Honorable
William G. Tye, County Judge, and recorded in Official Record
Book 227 page 1725.
Paragraph two (2) of said Order states as follows:
In other cases wherein there is no

i.nstructed to advise the plaintiff,
where the claim was processed by
mail, that he shall have ten (10)
