THIS CAUSE was heard upon a Motion and Notice of Hearing
l~on allegations of contempt against the husband with both parties

~~having appeared, and the Court having heard all of the testimony
i;of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is,
therefore,

l. That the husband, WALTER LEE GRIER, is guilty of ~

i' contempt ~f this Court for violation of the terms of the Temporary ~
~~Order heretofore entered on May 9, 1974, for fai~ing to pay the ~
~
~;Child Support and Alimony awarded by this Court and by failin~ to I
i
`;place the 1966 Toronado Automobile in good running condition.
: The husband may purge himself by: ~

a. Making all support payments accrueing in +he amount
of One Hundred fifty Dollars ($150.00) by Friday noon, JUNE 28,

~I b. Immediately giving possession of the Cadillac owned ~

Any default of the above provisions the husband, WALTER
:LEE GRIER, is hereby ORDERED to surrender himself to the Sheriff
,;of Saint Lucie County to commence serving a period of Twerity (20)
'`3ays in jail, and the Sheriff is hereby authorized to incarcerate
~said huaband for said period. ~
