valuahle consideration which I/we have ~eceived, 1/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Nower tSc Light Company and its successors anci assigns an easemeni ior tne consiructiun, uNaraiiu~~ a~n; i~~o~~r
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of concluits, wires or cables of any
other Company o~ person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all t~ees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or inte~fere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, a~d across my/our property described
as follows;
~,e West 10 feet of Lot 1 and the West 10 feet of the l~brth 18.5 feet of Int 2,
Olear~d~er Park, in aooordanoe with plat thereof revorded in Plat Book 9, at page 76
of the Public Reo~rcis of St. Iucie Gbwzty, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjavent bo and parallel with
the East right-of-way line of Olearyder Avenue as it ~aw exists.
