In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Lighi Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement fo~ the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
tr~e size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachme~t of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, hrush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property describecf
as follows;
The West 10 feet of tr~e South 100 fzet of the North % of Lot 16,
Less the East 30 feet, Kellem's Subdivision, in accordance with
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 85, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent
to and parallel titi~i ~h the East right-of-u~ay line of Oleander
Avenue as ? ~ now exists.

! By acceptance of this easemer_t herein grante~, Florida Pov~er &
~ Light Company does hereby rel^ase, quit claim and remise all
~ rights, title and interest in that ~ertain easement dated April
23, 1926, recorded in Deed Booic 73, Fage 14, Public Records of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, as it pertains to the above described
~ oro~erty.
