, THIS CAUSE after notice came before the Court upon the
iPetition of the wife For A Rule To Show Cause and Increase Support,
1 at which time fioth parties appeared with the wife being represente
~by Ralph L. Flow~rs, Esquire, and the husband pro se. After havi
heard testimony and argument frow both parties and the Court being
otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
! ORDE~tED AND ADJUDGED:
1-. That the Court determines that the husband, HAROLD
~SYLV~...STER H.ENDERSON, is in arrears in the amount of Fifty Dollars
~~;50.00) and is hereby Ordered to pay to the wife these arrearages
lwithin a reasonable time.
~ 2. That the provision in the Final Judgment heretofore
~
4entered awarding the wife support in the amount of Twenty Five
~4 ~
~iDollars ~=25.00) perweek is hereby modified and the husband is
~~Ordered to pay to the wife the amount of Forty Dollars (~40.00)

liper week as support beginning JUNE 21, 1974 and each week thereafte
until further Order of this Court. Said payments to be made to the
i~Clerk ~f the Court as per Final Judgmznt.
3. The husband shall pay to RALPH L. FLOWERS, FSQUIRE,
~~the amount of Fifty Dollars ~~50.00) as att~rney fees for this
