THIS CAUSE after notice came before the Court upon the ~
etition of the wife For a Rule to Show Cause, at which time both
arties appe~?red and the wife being represented by Ralph L. Flowers
squire and the husband pro se. After having heard testimony and t e
~Court being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
pRDERED AND pDrTUDGF~ as follows:
1. Thtt the Court determines that the husband is in
~arrears for support money for the entire nine (9) weeks since the

fentry of the Final Judgment herein, said amount accraeing to Two
~Hundred Seventy Dollars (;270.00).
~ 2. That the husband is in arrearage for attorney fees

~in the amount of Three Hundred fifty Dollars ~$35~•00) in addition

!to costs amounting to Thirty Dollars fifty cents (~30.54)• `
+ 3. That the husband is hereby ORDERED beginnir~g JUNE 21,
