RELEASE AND SATISFACTION i~.~~~~,4
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WI~REAS, Tropicana Products, Inc., a Florida corpo~ation,
and North Canal Groves, Inc., a Florida corporation, and ~fen Mile
Creek Groves, Inc., a Florida corporation, and Bernard A. Egan,
of Vero Beach, Florida; D. D. Olive~, Jr., of Fort Lauderdale, t
Florida; Charles M. Campbell,~ of Okeechobee, Florida, and
Harvey Carnes, of Okeechobee, Florida, entered into a certain ~
agreement for loan dated February 21, I972, said agreement being
recorded in O.R. Book 199, page 2571 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; and ~
~
WHEREAS, under the terms and conditions of the agreement
hereinabove described, Tropicana Products, Inc., to secure the
repayment of the said debt, retained a lien upon the crops and ;
citrus groves more fully described in said agreement; and~ ~
WHEREAS, all indebtednesses due and owing pursuant to the
terms of said agreement have been paid and said agreement should
be released and satisfied of record, 1

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE THAT Tropicana Products, Inc., a
Florida corporation, in consideration of-the premises and the
repayment of all debts secured by said agreement hereby acknow-
ledges full payment and satisfaction of all sums secured by said
agreement dated February 21, ly%Z, recorued in~O.R. Book 199,
page 2571 of the public records of St. Lucie County, FZorida, _
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and~hereby directs the ~
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, to cancel
said agreement of record in order to fully evidence the release t
of lien upon the real property more fully described in said
agreement.
