a national banking a~sociation existing under the law of the United States of Americt and
having its principal offices in the City of Providence, as Trustee under that certain Life
Insurance Agreement, dated January 28, 1963, between Nicholas G. Caputi and Rhode Island
I~ospital Trust Canpany, (s$id Rho3e Island Hospital Trust Company now known as Rhode lsland
Hospital Trust National Bank), assignee and present holder of a certain mortgage given by
Stephen Christie and Helen Christie, his wife, to the First National Bank of Miami as
~ncillary Administrator GTA of the Estate of Nicholas G. Caputi, deceased, and Arthur S.
Caputi, bearing date 30th day of January, A. D., 1969, recorded in Official Record Book
175, Page 2332, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of SC. Lucie County, State
of Florida; given to secure the sum of Fifteen Thousand Five Hund~ed II~ollars ($15,500.00)
evidence by that certain note of said Stephen Christie and Helen (~ristie upon the following
described property situate~ lying and being in St. I.ucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:
The South 111 feet of the North 711 feet of Go~ernment Lots 1, 2 and 3,
Section 3, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, and also that part of Govern-
ment I~ot 1, Section 4, Township 34 South, Itange 40 East t,fhich lies due
West of said described land in said Section 3, said lands situated, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida an~ also riparian and littoral rights
according to Public Records, St. Lucie County, Florida;
has received full payment of said indebtedness, acd does hereby scknowledge satisfaction of
said mortgage, and hereby direct the Clerk of the Court to =ancel the same of recor~. In
