This cause coming on to be heard on the 21st day of June,
1974, and each of the parties hereto being present, and based on
an oral stipulation made in the presence of the Court and the
Court being otherwise fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Pending further order of this Court, the Wife shall
have the exclusive right to use ot the 1974 Oldsmobile jointly
owned by the parties.
2. Temporary custody of of the two minor children of ~he
~ parties, SCOTT ALEXANDER THAMES and TRAVIS BEP.NARD THAMES, is

l awarded to the Wife.
~ , 3. Pending further order of tri~ Court, the Husband shall
pay to the Wife the sum of SIXTY DOLLARS ~$60.00) per week as
temporary support for the minor children of the parties.
4. Pending further order of this Court, the Husband shall
make the mortgage payments on the jointly owned residence of the
~ parties.
~ 5. A ninety (90) day stay in the proceedings of this cause
~
~ is hereby entered in order that the parties hereto may seek mar-

~ riage counseling or such other counseling as they may deem iit. `
