remise, ~tlaase, and cunvey and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple. all o[ thai eertaia tract o[ land of wfiich
the Mottga~^~ is now sei=ed and possessed a~d in actual possession, situate St.~Lueie ~y~ F~orida. described
as fol:uws:
Lot 6, Block 3, CROSS TRAIL SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 39, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvetnents thereon and
all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein, replacements
thereof and additions thereto.
This is a corrective mortgage given for the purpose of correcting that
certain mortgage from MARGARET A KUEKER, an unmarried woman to SAMUEL
GOODMAN and DALLAS GOODMAN, his wife, dated June 6, 1974, recorded in
Official Records Book 228, Page 1936, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, wherein the mortgagee was incorrectly stated. The Mortgagee 2
is DALLAS GOODMAN and not SAMUEL GOODMAN and DALLAS GOODMAN, his wife;
his name being inclnded was a scrivers error. ;
Florida documentary stamps are attached to the original mortgage and
~j cancelled. Intangible tax has been paid. ;

quietly to entet upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as
may be herein described: that the Mortgagot will make such further assuran~es to petfect the fee simple title to
said land in the Mort6agee as may reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully wattants the title
to said land and will defend the same against the iawful claims of all petsons whomsoever.
