feet more or less to a point on the South line of said

feet West of the Southeast corner of said Northeast quarter.
Subject to the Oil and Mineral Lease from Gladys P. McCarty to
Amoco Production Company dated March 28, 1972, filed June 9, 1972,
in Official Record Book 203 at page 476 of the public recor3s of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to Mortgage frcm Brian K. McCarty and Gladys P. McCarty
to the Squitable Life Assurance Society of the United States,
dated January 2, 1964, and filed January 2, 1964 and recorded in
O~fficial Record Book 78 at page 243 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which the grantees hereby agree and assume
to pay.
The Grantors hereby give the Grantees an easement over the North
60 feet of said Section 34 for reasonabZe ingress and egress to
the balance of their property; safd easement lying West of the
~road and drainage easemsnt referred to in exception number 8 above.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywi~e appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, int-erest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the
