feet West of the Southeast corner of said North st quarter.
Subject to the Oil and Mfneral Lease from Gladys P. McCarty to
Amoco Production Cvmpany dated March 28, 1972, filed June 9, 1972,
in Official Record Book 203 at page 476 of the public records of
St. Lucie.County, Florida.
Subject to MortgagefmnBrian K. McCarty and Gladys P. McCarty
to the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States,
dated January 2, 1964, and filed January 2, 1964 and recorded in
Official Record Book 78 at page 243 of the public records of St.
_ Lucie County, Florida, which the grantees hereby agree and assume

The Grantors hereby give the Grantees an easement over the North
