Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
aQpeared BIAGIO VA~CARELLO, who after being duly cautioned _
and sworn, on oath deposes and says:
1. That he and MARIA A. VACCARfiLLO were married
one to the other in 1925 and that subsequent to that date
your affiant, along with his wife, purchased various properties
in the State of Florida, and that the said marriage relationship
remained unbroken and they were man and wife until the date
of her death on or about June 22, 1974, as will be shown by
certified copy of death certificate attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
2. That you affiant and his wife were residents of
the State of Florida and that her estate does not exceed
in value the sum of $60~000.00.
Further affiant sayeth not.
