a mortgage to the J$NS~N BTsACH BANK, a Florida banking corporation
said mortgage being dated December 14, 19?2 and recarded on :
January 9, 19?3 in Official Records Book 209, Page 2375, St. Lucie
County, Flurida, public records, and ;
WH~RTsAS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date
in the amouat of $162,500.00, payable on or before June 15, 1973,

and, ~
WHTREAS, the parties are desirous of extending the time ~
for payment under said note.
NOw, THEREFORE, the Parties, for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations paid to the
JENSEN BEACH BANK, do hereby a~nend the said note to be payable
on or Uefore September 15, 1974. ~
