G.R. BECKER, ET UX, RUTH V. BECKER
to ~NTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.
bearing date the 30 day of Januar ~ A.D. 19 7 2, recorded in
Officical Records Book 20 0 , pa~e 908 , in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing

Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit: -
Condominium Parcel: Lot No. 168 of VENTURE OUT AT ST. LUCIE,
INC., a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Con-
dominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 189 at
Page 1677, et seq., of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. As provided for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes
of the State of Florida (Chapter 711, et seq. 1965), said
description in this conveyance includes, but is not limited
to, all appurtenances to the Condominium Parcel above described,
including the limited common elements assigned hereto, and
including the undivided interest in the common elements ;
of said Condominium. =

hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, Y
and surrenders the sa~ as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
