3. That your Affiant knows of his own knowledge that
it was the intent of the grantor to convey the following
described property by said Warranty Deed, and that the underlined a
call read incorrectly as North 29°40'East in said Warranty Deed:.
PARCEL 1: From a concrete monument at the point of inter-
' s~ction of the East right of way line of the Florida East
~ Coast Railway Company and the South line of the Southaasterly
425 feet of the Northwesterly 725 feet of "CLEARVIEW" Sub-
division, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page ~
204, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, run thence
North 67°00' East, along the Southerly line of said South-
easterly 425 feet, 555.9 feet; thence North 24°02' West, 15
feet; thence North 67°OG' East, 197.25 feet to the point of
~a beginning of the lands herein described: From said point of
~ beginning continue North 67°00' East, 100.15 feet to the West
line of Indian River Driye; thence North 29°40' West, along
the West line of Indian River Drive, 110.73 feet; thence
~ South 67°00' West, 88.0 feet; thence South 23°21'50" East,
109.98 feet to the point of beginning; TOGETHER with an ease-
ment, in common with others, over and across a 15 foot strip
of land lying immediately South of and adjacent to the above
described property;
