The Court finds and determines that the Husband, Billy W. Childress, has deliberately and wilfully failed to com~ly with the Final Judgment heretofore entered by this Court and is 'i in contempt for such failure. ; ~ 2. The Court will withhold any adjudication of punish- ~ ~ ment at this time providing, however: j ; : (a) The Husband, Bill.y W. Childress, shall remove 4 hiinself and his personal effects from the said dwelling located # 3 ; at 202 North 28th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida by eight p.m. on ~ ~ , JuZy l, 1974. (b) The Husband, Billy W.
