file Amended Complaint by Plaintiff, the Court having heard argument
of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion be, and it is hereby~
granted, and the Amended Complaint on file shall be deemed filed as
of the dat~ of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant shall have
fifteen (15) days from the date of this Order within which to file
appropriate pleadings.
