In ten (10) semi-annual installments of $26,700.00 each, plus
interest, beginning July 10, 1975, I, we or either of us
, promise to pay to the order of CI~STER B. GRIFFIN, as Trustee,
TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($267,000.00) for
value received, payable at Post Office Box 1270, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, or such other place as payee may direct in
writing, with interest frotn date at the rate of eight per cent
(8%) p~r annum until paid; interest payable semi-annually with
principal.
If default is made in any payment when due and continues for
~ 30 days, then at the option oi the holder, and without any
~ other notice, all the remaininq balance shall be due and pay-
~ able at once.

~ And each of us whether maker, guarantor or endorser, hereby
~ severally waives and renounces any and all homestead exemption
rights we n:3y have under the Constitution or Laws of the State
of Fiorida, or any other State or United States, as against
this note; and each further waives denrand, notice of non-
paynent and protest, and in event it becames necessary to
collect this note through an atto*_-ney, agrees to pay all costs
of colleccion, including reasonable attorney's fee.
