It is turther agreed that the Maker and esch endorser, aurety, guarantor. jointly and severaliy, ahall pay aU costa of
collection ot this Note. including a reasonable attorney's fee. on tailure to pay any Instalment Payment or any acrtued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof_ 1'his Note and all swns due hereunder shall b~tr inlerest at the highest
iaw-ful rate sf interest per annum in the State of Florida from the date when the principal and acrrued interest undes
this Note shall be due and payable. The total interest Fayable hereunder shsll not in any one year ezceed the 1u6heat

out notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a
rate no greater than the Interest Rate, acrordinR to the terms of any such agreement o[ e:tension or modification.
'The unpaid balanee of the Principal Amount, plus acrrued interest shall become due and payable at the option of
the Payee under the happening of an event by which said balance shaU or may become due and payable under the terma
of said Mortgage_
This Note n~ay not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party- agains: whom en-
forcement of any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought_
All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor ot endoraer, hereby waive prexntment for
payment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and e:pressly agree jointly and severally ta remain
and rontinue boun~ tor the payment u[ !he principal and intereat provided tor by the terms of t6is Note, notwith4tanding
any exten-aion or extenaions of the time ot, or for the payment of said principal or interest, or any change or changea in
