and forever assign all of its right title and interest in and to ;

the rents profits and proceeds created thereby or arising therefrum :
to ROBINSON CALLEN, individually, and as trustee as to an undividad ;
one-half (1/2) interest and to E. SNOW MARTIN, JR. as to an undivid~d

The instruments documents and leases hereby assigned are ~

1. Ninety-Kine year lease between GEORGE F. GIBBS, JR. an3 i
M~RY F. GIBBS and VENICE LANDMARK, INC. dated January 23, 1968
and recordPd in Off icial Records Book 1002 r~ge 1b08 Public
Records of Sarasota County,~Florida.

2. Sub-lease agreement between LANDbtARK VILLAS, INC. i
and MICHAEL J. FUREN, Trustee dated May 22, 1973 and recorded in
Official Records Book 1002 page 1649 of the Public RecoYds of
Sarasota County, Florida.
3. Lease agreement between VENICE LANDFfARK INC. and BAHIA ~
. VISTA of VENICE, INC. dated December 15, 1968 and Recorded in ~
Official Records Book 780 page 239 of the Public Records of Sarasu~a ~

County, Florida.
4. Lease agreement between VENICE LAI~DMARK INC. 3nd BAHIA {
VISTA of VENICE, INC. dated July 29, 1969 and Recorded ~~n Official
Records Book 803 page 705 of the Public Recor~is of Sarasota County,
Florida and amendment to said lease dated February 2, 1970 and Recorde~l
in Official Records Book 828 page 850 of the Public Records of
~ara;a ~a C~vnt j~, Flar ida.
S. Assignors Interest in that certain lease between ~
GEORGE F. GIBBS, JR. and MARY F. GIBBS, dated February 16, 1961 as
~ amendEd by agreement ex~cuted by VENICE LAND1?~ARK, INC. TARPON
~ CEI~TER MARINA INC. and others. Neither of said agreements are
~ recorded but cover the real property described on Schedule "A"
hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof.
6. Note secured by a mortgage executed by GEORGE WAITS and
his wife BETTY WAITS, dated April 7, 1971 and recorded in Official
Records Book 191 page 1943 public records of St. Lucif Coun-~v,
Florida. This note has an un aid principle balance of ~1153.85

which is paid at the rate of ~58.OQ per month. _

7. Such other and further assets as the co~poration may ~
have oi possess of whatever nature DF wherever located. ~
