BF.FORE I~, an officer duly authorized to take aclalavledgaoents in the
State and Cwmty aforesaid, personally appeared GIIJE GRIFFY, who, well-lrnawn to
me, and being duly sw~orn, deposes, and says:
1HAT GDVE GRIFFY and LILLIAN GRIFFY, his wife, were the
Grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated October 11,
1963, filed October 14, 1963, fram Joseph F. Corso and
Mae Corso, his wife, and recorded in ~fficial Records
Book 72, page 453, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, aan the follawing described property to-
wit:
Lot 9, OORSO ~OTIRTS, a Subdiv:°sion according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, page 23, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie Couuity, Florida.
