7. At such time as the lien on the 1972 Pontiac mentioned
in Paragraph 6 above is paid in full, alimony payments due
GAIL P. RHOADS shall be increased from $60.00 to $90.00 per
week and shall continue thereafter until said GAIL P. RHOADS ~

becomes deceased or remarries.
8. CHARLES G. RHOADS IV shall pay to GAZL P. RHOADS
on January lst of each year, for the private schooling of the
' two minor children of the p~rties, the sam of $400.00 per child
and said sum shall continue to be paid until said children ~
complete the eighth grade. I
9. CHARLES G. RHOADS IV shall maintain medical and
hospitalization insurance on the two minor children of the
~ parties.

~ 10. CHARLES G. RHOADS, IV shall pay to GAIL P. RHOADS a
sum equivalent to GAIL P. RHOADS' income tax liability due the {i
I
~ Internal Revenue Service for the alimony payable under the ~
- - ~
~ terms of this Final Judgment within thirty days from the date
; said amount is computed and the income tax return for such
~ calendar year is filed by GAIL P. RHOADS.

~ ? and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupor~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That the marriage between CfIARLES G. RHOADS IV and

GAIL P. RHOADS be and tne same is hereby dissolved and the

' parties and each of them 3re hereby forever freed from the

bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from (
the obligations arising therefrom. ~

2. That the aforesaid stipulation is hereby approved an3 ;
