FINAL JUDGMENT
~T_SSOLUTZON OF MARRIAGE
This matter coming on for hearing this lOth day of July, 1974,
and the Court havinq given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husb~nd and wife now ~
exists between the parties; that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; both paities being
represented by counsel and matters relating to property settlement
being stipulated as set out herein, it is thereupon `
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBERT C. WARFEL
and MARTHA H. WARFEL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
I heretofore existing between them and from the obligatio::s arising

therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. Based upon the stipuZation of the parties it is
~ further ordered and adjudged that:
(a) The Husband shall transfer the property described in tYie
Complaint together with all furniture and furnishings by
Quit-Claim Deed to the Wife.
~ (b) The Husband shall s~.gn any and all necessary documents to
~ transfer Savings Certificate No. 702889 to the sole name of
~ the Wife.
~ !
_ (c) The Husband shall sign any and all necessary documents to
transfer the motor vehicle described as a 1973 Pontiac
I.D. No. 2Z69M3L102960 to the Wife.
