ORDER
This ~natter cominq on for hearing on the 8th day of July, 1974,
both parties being present, argument of counsel heard, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Based upon the Husband's withdrawal of the Petition for Change ,
of Custody that same Petition be and the same is hereby disr.ii.ssed.
2. Based upon the agreement of the parties, the arrearage of the
Husband is established to be in the amount of $562.50, and that further
the Husband is found in contempt of Court for failure to pay such amount,
but upon agreement of the parties the Husband may purge himself by
I paying said amount at the rate of $37.50 per month, said amount to be
in addition to the regular weekly payments of $37.50 per week.
3, By agreement of thz parties, the weekly child suppart may be
made bi-weekly, and shall be made through the Clerk of the Court.
