a.m. on Rule to Show Cause issued June 19, 1974, and the Court ,

having heard testimony of the respective parties and argument of ~

counsel, and the Coiirt being fully advised in the premises, it is
therefore ORDERED:
1) That the Court finds and determines that the Husband,
FREDDIE ~3ENNETT, is in arrears for child support the sum of One ;

Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Dullars ($1,930.00) and is therefore
adjudged in contempt of this Court.
j 2) That the Husband, FREDDIE BENNETT, is hereby ordered
to pay the s~m of Eighty Dollars ($80.00) per week cormiencing
J~y 1974 in to the registry of the Circuit Court of St. F
Lucie County, Florida, for the support of his minor children. if i

the Husband fails and refuses to pay this sum each week he must ~
~ serve a term of thirty (30) days in the County Jail upor, affidavit _
