~'Court having heard the testinwny of the parties, their witneases, i
;and having considered evidence, arguments of counsel and being =

:'otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court finds and ~ E

decides as follows: j

(1) This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ~

j :matter of this action. ~
! (2) The marriage between petitioner, ELSIE MAE WHITE, and '
~
respondent, JOHN WESLEY WHITE, is dissolved because it is irre- k r
~trievably broken. '

(3) The care, custody and control of the minor child of
'~the parties, RERRY LEE WHITE, age five (5) years, is granted to
~the petitioner, subject to the respondent's right of visitation,
~

which shall be reasonably exercised as agreed to by the parries. : ~

~ (4) The respondent shall pay to the petitioner as.support ~
~
~
for the minor child of the parties, the weekly sum of Twenty and
~00/100ths ($20.00) Dollars, the first payn~nt being due on July
;
~12, 1974, and a like sum on Friday of each consecutive week '
thereafte= until said child reaches the age of eighteen (18) ;
years, or dies, marries or becomes self-supporting, wh+chever
shall first occur, at which time the respondent's obligation '
