YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
above named Plaintiff against the Defendant named abae on the
day of July, 1974 in the above entitled Court, invoiving the pro-
perty described below, situated, lying and being in Saint Lucie
County, Florida:
West 75 feet of Lot 1, LARSEN's SUBDIVISION, according
to the plat thereof on file in Plat Book 162, Page 265,
of the public records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
' The relief sought in and by this suit is the foreclosure of
~ a mortgage encumbering the ak~ove described property and the de-
creeing of a sale of the property under the direction of the
~ Court in default of the payment of the amount found to be due to
the Plaintiff under the mortgage, and for other and further and
general relief as set forth in the Complaint.
