NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
NOTICE IS GIYEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit Court in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 11th day of July, 1974, by Sun Bank
of St. Lucie County, as Trustee under the Will of Alcide Vachon, deceased,
Rose Vach~n, Gaston J. Vachon, Th~resa Field, Ovide J. lfachon, Henry P. Vachon,
Denise V. Robinson and Lillian Langel, Plaintiffs against Iva W. Kay, Jr•,
Defe~idant.
The property involved is that certain parcel of land situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
~ The NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the S 1/2 of the N 1/2,
~ all in Section 22, Township 35 South, Range 38 East;
f less a~d except all rights of way for public roads
and drainage canals, and easements for public utilities.
The relief sought in and by this suit is a foreclosure of a Mortgage en-
~ cumbering the above described property and the decreeing of a sale of the
property under the direction of the Court in defa~!lt of the payment of the
amount faund ~i.o be due the ~laintiffs under the Mortgage, and for other and
further general release set forth in ±he Complaint.
