of Florida Departnient of Transportation, as party of the second part .

ged, dces hereby gra:.t, hargain, sell, and convey unto the party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, the following described land, situate, lying and being in the County
of St. Lucie, StatP of Flo~ida, to-wit: `
The East 5 feet of Lot 2, Block 6, according to the Revised Plat of South 25th
Street Sutzdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 11, at page 46 of the Fublic Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida in Section 20, Tov~mship 35 South, Range 40 East
and being that part of said Lot 2 which lies within 40 feet Westerly of the East
Line of said Section 20, according to the Right of Way Map for Section 94504-2605.
'PO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all and singular the appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining forever; and the said party of the
first part dces hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
