keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. The Wife shall have possession of the home located ;

shall make mortgage payments on the house while she has possession.
5. The Wife's exclusive possession of the above described
real property shall last until: -
a) The house is sold ny mutual agreement, or
b) The Wife remai•ries , or
c) The minor child of the parties hereto becomes
eighteen years of age, marries, or is no longer living with the
Wife in the above described house, whichever shall occur first.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parti.es
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
be proper.
