GENERAL RELEASE
1Q~10W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS : ~
That this mutual Release executed on the ~ _ day of

d/b/a H GH POIr1T OF FORT PIERCE, a Delaware corporation, authorized
to do business in the State of Florida and HAROLD F. BICKELNAUPT,
d/b/a B&B EXCAVATING CONTRACTORS whose address is 4750 South
U.S. No. 1, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, for and in consideration
of the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($11,000.00), receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, intending to effect the extin-
quishment of all legal obligations which may rise or have arised
out of the claim of lien filed by HAROLD F. BICKELHAUPT, d/b/a
B&B EXCAVATING CONTRACTORS which was duly recorded in OR Book
226, page 2256, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida and
claim of lien filed by PAN AMERICAN ENGINEERING COI~ANY, dated
-April 10, 1974, recorded in OR Book 226 , page public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The above-mentioned liens arus2 out of disputes and

differences between the parties with respect to labor perf^rmed
and/or material furnished on the premises as described in the
claim of lien filed by HAROLD r. BICKELHAUPT, d/b/a B&B EXCAVATING
CO~IiTRACTORS, recorded in OR Book 226, page 2256, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
That by this mutual Release the undersigned parties
agree that all labor and materials used in the construction of
the said improvements vn the above-described property have been
fully paid for.

and the consideration of the payment by RYERSOiN & HAYNES REALTY,
INC d/b /a HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE , FIARIDA, a De laware
