I~otice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in the

named Plaintiff against the above named Defendant• -
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece ~
of land and personalty located thereon, situate, iying and bping in

Lot 5 and the North half of Lot 6, Block 16, H1~RMONY ~
HEIGHTS ADDITION NO. 4, according to a plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 9, Page 71, of the n•.iblic Records
of St. Lucie County, F]_orida; together with the improvements
thereon, and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained
~ therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto,
and zll that par~ of the North half of the following
~ described property: Lot No. 7 and the South I/2 of Lot 6,
` Block 16, as shown on PLAT OF I~ARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION
i NO. 4, said plat having been recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Fort Pierce, F2orida, on
December 4, ~953, in Plat Book 9, Page 71; together with -
the improvements thereon, and aIl furniture, fixtures and `
equipment contained therein, replacements thereof and
additions thereto.
The relief sought in and by said suit is the fc~reclesure of
a certain mortgage given by BILLY R. DAILEY, an unmarried man, -
to the Plaintiff recorded under No. 241067
in t;ie office of the Clerk of the above Court; the decreei:~J oi a sale

of said property under the direc±ion of said Court, i:. ~e~ault ot the
payment of the amount found to be due t~e Plaintiff under said
mortgage; and for other~and further relief.
