This cause came on for trial_the 12th day of July, 1974 _
and the Court havi»g given full consideration to all the evidenc
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the partie
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband an
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage betwe n
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
pRDgRg•D AND ADJUDGED as fo l lows :
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAiGE. The marriage between JOHNNY RAY
ELLIOTT and DEBRA ELLIOTT be and the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. Z'he Husband sh all pay to the Wife the sum of

; One Hundred ($100.00) Dollar~ in lieu of property settlement.
~ 3r R~STORATION OF NAME. DEBRA ELLIOTT be and she is hereby
~ authorized to assume her former name of DEBRA DOMINGUEZ and to u e p

the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
4. I~EES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $300.00 to
be reasonabl.e for the wife's attorney for his services herein an
