This cause having been heard upon Petiton for modification and Motion
for Rule to shov cause f'or enforcement of the finaa 3udgment filed and
both parties appearing with counsel and the Court having considered the
evidence, it is
6RDERED AND AATUDGID as follo~rs :
1. That the petition for modification filed by the husband, TONY
DIGIGLIO, be and the same is hereby denied.
