This is to certify that the indebtedness described in that
certain Claim of Lien for Unpaid Assessments filed by OUTDOOR
RESORTS AT NETTLES ISLAND, INC., on July 3, 1974, and recorded
in Official Record Sook 228, Page 1691, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, have been paid and the lien therefore
satisfied aqainst the following-described units, and the under-
signed consents that the aforesaid lien for unpaid assessments be
satisfied, cancelled and discharged of record as to the following
