THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed in this cause and the recommendation of the Florida Department
of Health and Rehabilitative Services,Division of Family Services, and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper
persons to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that the best
interests of the child will be promotea by the adoption of the child,
and that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, McKINLEY
DAVIS, JR. and JOYCE MARIE DAVIS, and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as TRACIE MARIE
DAVIS is declared to be the legal child or the Petitioners, McKINLEY
DAVIS, JR. and JOYCE MARIE DAVIS, and is given the name of TRACIE MARIE
DAVIS, by c,ihich name she shall hereafter be known, and it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child and
~ legal heir of the Petitioners, McRINLEY DAVIS, JR. and JOYCE MARIE DAVIS,
entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations
of a child born to PETITIONERS, McRINLEY DAVIS, JR. and JOYCE MARIE DAVIS,
in lawful ~edlock.
