PARTIAL RELEASE OF MQRTGAGE ~681~
KNON ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
NHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CI1Y BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage d~e~, executed the 14th day of October,
197Q, by Outdoor Resorts of M~erica, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust; securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Baok 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Recor.as of St.. Luc~e County, Florida,
~ enci.~nberi ng certai n 1 ands i n St. Luci e County, Fl ori da therei n
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of E1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County,_Florida, which
.Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie .
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
1n Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its

by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or enc~cnbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaini.ng part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
