1. To make sU paymenta required by that note and thia mortgage promptlq when due.
2. To pay all taxes. sasessments, liens and encumbrances on that pmperty promptly when dae. If
they are not pramptly paid, the Mortgagea _may psy them without waiving the option to ioreclose, and such
payments. with interest thereon from the date of payment at the same rate as apecified in that note; shall
also be secured by this mortgage. -
3. To commit, per~nit, or suffer no waste, impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged propertY-
