KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY 6ANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wi t:,
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record 6ook 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additionai principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
.Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie .
County, Florida, and as Turther amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts ~f America has requested First National
Cfity Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation cf said
mortgage;
NOM, 7NEREFORE, First National City 6ank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Three Tho~s~nd Nine Hundred and 00l100 _

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, aiways,
nevertheless, that n~thing herei~ contained shall in anywise irr~~air,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaini_ng part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or an~ of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof,
