THIS INDENTURE, executed the lOth day of July, 1974,
between JERROLD E. SNAFFNER, as Administrator C.T.A. of the
Estate ot ALBERT R. SHAFFNER, deceased, party of the first part,
and MILDRED F. PICKEL, party of the second part, whose address _

Distribution of the Circuit Court--for St. Lucie County, Florida,

of sale contained ir~ the Will of the above named d2ceased, and in
consideration of the premises in the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid= grants,
` bargains, sales, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
to the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever

to a point of beginning; thence continue said course

14 Minutes East for 87.7 feet to a stake; thence run South
52 Degrees 52 Minutes East for 142 feet to the point of
beginning; also described as the North 36 feet of Lot 6
and the South 36 feet of Lot 7 in Block 22, PINEWOOD SUB-
DIVISION, as filed in Plat Book 5, at Page 24, in the -
office of the Clerk of Che Circuit Court of St. Lucie
