PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGA6E -
KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the foliowing mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie :ounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
.Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
6ook 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion~and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; an~
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of Amertca has requested First National
City Bank-to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOM1, THEREfORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

~ of America at Nettles Island, according to plat
of Nettles Island Project recorded in Plat Book 16,
Pages 1 through 1(j) inclusive, and Declaration of
Condominiun recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 2720, as last amended in Official P,ecord Book
192, Page 820, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said M~rtgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein conta~~ed shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaini.ng part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
