Come now the parties by and through their undersigned attorneys and '

stipulate as follows:
1. This cause, set for trial on July 16, 1974, shoul'd be continued
in the interest of justice in that the parties are in the process of concluding
a property seYlement agreement which involves division of a substantial interest S
of the parties both personalty and realty .
2. That the property settlement being a complex matter cannot be
concluded prior to trial. i
3. That the aforesaid property settlement should be completed and
k executed within the next seven days and the matter may then be
~ tried on an uncontested basis without further de~a~-.--_ ~

WHEREFORE, the parties stipulate that a continuance of the trial of
this cause is appropriate and respectfully request that an Order be entered ;
approving same . _ " k
