This cause, set for trial on July 16, 1974, shoul'd be continued in the interest of justice in that the parties are in the process of concluding a property seYlement agreement which involves division of a substantial interest S of the parties both personalty and realty . 2. That the property settlement being a complex matter cannot be concluded prior to trial. i 3.
